What file formats do you support?

We support M4A, AAC, MP4, and MOV audio files up to 50MB in size.

How long does conversion take?

Most conversions complete within 30 seconds after payment is processed.

What happens to my files?

All files are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after conversion. We never store your personal audio files.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are provided automatically if the conversion fails. Completed conversions cannot be refunded.

What quality is the MP3 output?

We convert to high-quality 192kbps MP3 format, which provides excellent audio quality while keeping file sizes reasonable.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your payment information.

Can I convert multiple files at once?

Currently, we process one file at a time. Each conversion costs $3.

Do you support batch conversions?

Not at this time. Each file must be converted individually.

We typically respond to support emails within 24 hours during business days. For urgent technical issues, please include "URGENT" in your subject line.

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST. While our conversion service is available 24/7, support responses may be delayed outside business hours.
